1. Agreement to Terms & Entity Information

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether personally or on behalf of an entity) and Giants' Logic Technology ("GLTtrade", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of our website (https://glttrade.in) and our MetaTrader 4 (MT4) software indicators.

2. Regulatory Status: Not a SEBI Registered Entity

IMPORTANT: Giants' Logic Technology is a commercial software developer. We are NOT registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an Investment Adviser (IA), Research Analyst (RA), Portfolio Manager (PMS), or Stock Broker.

Our software indicators, tools, documentation, and communications are provided strictly for educational and independent technical charting analysis purposes. Nothing on this website constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice, nor an invitation, solicitation, or recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

3. Absolute No-Guarantee Clause & Market Risk Warning

NO GUARANTEE OF FINANCIAL RESULTS OR PROFIT:

GLTtrade strictly and unconditionally disclaims any representation, warranty, or guarantee of profits, positive win rates, income generation, or protection against financial loss. Trading stocks, equity derivatives (Futures & Options), indices (NIFTY, BANKNIFTY), commodities, and currencies involves extreme market volatility and high risk of capital loss. You may lose your entire invested capital.

Past calculations, backtested statistics, historical chart displays, and user case studies represent technical illustrations and are strictly no guarantee of future market performance. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for every order executed in your trading account.

4. FEMA & Currency Derivatives Compliance

Resident Indian traders must strictly comply with the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA), 1999, and RBI guidelines. Permitted forex trading for resident Indians is restricted exclusively to recognized Indian exchanges (such as NSE, BSE) for approved INR and cross-currency pairs. Offshore forex trading on unauthorized platforms (including entities on the RBI Alert List) is prohibited. GLTtrade provides technical charting indicators only and does not broker or execute currency transactions.

5. Software Licensing & Usage Rights

Upon purchase of a license, GLTtrade grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the indicator on designated MT4 accounts according to your plan:

  • Each license is bound to your specific MT4 Account Number and validated via our secure cloud server.
  • You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, modify, resell, or distribute our indicator software (`.ex4`) or licensing algorithms.
  • Any attempt to circumvent licensing safeguards or distribute files without authorization will result in immediate license termination without refund.

5.1 Official 7-Day Free Evaluation Trial Policy

GLTtrade provides an official, 100% risk-free 7-Day Evaluation Trial for all prospective traders under the following legally binding specifications:

  • Trial Duration: Exactly seven (7) consecutive calendar days from user account registration or trial activation.
  • Cost & Payment: ₹0 Upfront. No credit card, debit card, UPI mandate, or payment information is required to initiate or complete the trial.
  • Scope of Access: Complete, unrestricted access to the GLTtrade MT4 and MT5 indicator suite on demo or live accounts to evaluate technical chart performance, non-repainting accuracy, and execution latency.
  • Zero Automatic Renewal: The trial will never automatically convert into a paid subscription or charge your banking methods. At the end of 7 days, access simply expires unless you explicitly choose to purchase a license.
  • Eligibility: Available to any newly registered user account upon sign-in at glttrade.in.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the digital, immediately accessible, and proprietary nature of software indicators and cloud activation keys:

  • General Policy: All sales are final once a digital license key has been generated and validated on your MT4 terminal. We encourage all prospective buyers to utilize our free demo trial before purchasing.
  • Duplicate Billing: Duplicate debits resulting from payment gateway connection interruptions will be refunded in full upon verification.
  • Technical Defect: If our support team cannot activate the software on your compatible MT4 terminal within 7 days of purchase due to an unresolvable server-side defect, a refund will be issued.
  • Trading Outcomes: Dissatisfaction arising from trading losses, market conditions, or personal trade execution is strictly ineligible for a refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian laws, Giants' Logic Technology, its proprietors, developers, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation trading losses, lost capital, loss of profits, system downtime, platform crashes, broker latency, or execution errors.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Giants' Logic Technology, its proprietors, affiliates, officers, agents, and developers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, or costs (including reasonable legal fees and disbursements) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of our software, website, or indicators; (b) any trades, investments, or financial decisions made by you; (c) your violation of these Terms of Service; or (d) your infringement of any rights of a third party or violation of applicable statutory laws, including SEBI and FEMA regulations.

9. Governing Law & Exclusive Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you software or services shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed strictly in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any controversy, claim, dispute, or legal proceeding arising out of, relating to, or concerning these Terms, our website, or our software products, the parties irrevocably submit to the sole and exclusive territorial jurisdiction of the competent civil courts situated in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Both parties waive any objection to the venue or convenience of such forums.

10. Grievance Redressal Officer (Consumer Protection Rules, 2020)

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the details of the designated Grievance Officer are as follows:
