Nothing contained on this website (https://glttrade.in), within our software products, indicator overlays, alerts, or customer support channels constitutes an offer, solicitation, or personalized recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, derivative, index, commodity, or currency pair.

All indicators developed by GLTtrade are purely mathematical technical analysis and charting software tools designed to assist users in conducting their own independent charting analysis on desktop MetaTrader 4 (MT4) platforms. We do not provide financial advisory, trade execution, or fund management services.

2. SEBI Risk Disclosure on Derivatives (Futures & Options)

Mandatory Risk Warning Issued by SEBI for Individual Traders in Futures & Options:

  • 9 out of 10 individual traders in equity Futures and Options Segment incurred net losses.
  • On an average, loss makers registered net trading losses close to ₹50,000.
  • Over and above the net trading losses, loss makers expended an additional 28% of net trading losses as transaction costs.
  • Those making net trading profits incurred between 15% to 50% of such profits as transaction costs.

  • GLTtrade provides analytical charting indicators and educational tools compatible with MetaTrader 4 desktop software. GLTtrade does not broker, facilitate, solicit, or execute forex transactions. Resident Indian users are solely responsible for ensuring that their trading activities strictly conform to Indian exchange rules and FEMA regulations.

5. Software Technical Limitations & Latency Risks

While our indicators utilize mathematical calculations to display trend direction on your chart, technical analysis is inherently probabilistic. GLTtrade shall not be held liable for:

  • Internet connectivity interruptions, server downtime, or third-party MT4 platform crashes.
  • Broker data feed errors, bad ticks, chart misalignments, or slippage caused by broker infrastructure.
  • Hardware limitations, operating system incompatibilities, or trader execution mistakes.
